Swamp Creatures\Wetlands 06-19-07

For our Swamp Creatures\Wetlands class we met at the CSI campus and our teacher was Ross Spackman.  We spent the morning in a classroom learning about wetlands and ran some tests on some water samples.  It was hard to do the samples because a tiny mistake in number of drops of chemical would mess up the experiment.

After lunch we went to the CSI wetland on the North side of campus and walked around the different parts of the wetland.  We saw some birds, frogs, and plants.  We made some bird nesting boxes made out of PVC pipe.
