Massacre Rocks - Day 2 - July 25, 2007 In the morning we met and then went down to the maintenance building and saw a frozen rattle snake. We then went on a hike along the river - See pictures for what we saw and talked about. After the hike we talked more about Lake Boneville. 20,000 square miles in size, broke 14,600 years ago. We then learned about the Hunt Party and then had two people pretend they lived back in the 1800's along the trail and told us what life would have been like. |
