Today I started work on shelves.
In the garage side I built two rows of shelves on the back wall. The bottom row is 8 feet long and about 21 inches wide to use up some OSB that was left over from the roof. The top row goes clear across the back wall. In the area below the top row I built two racks to store our snow tires on. On the East wall I mounted the wire shelving brackets and put on the Rubbermaid modular shovel holder thingy. Dad got there and started on taping and I waited until he was finished in the storage room and then started on the shelving for this room. On the back wall I built three rows of shelves about 12 feet wide and 3 feet deep. You can see my wound where I slipped and shoved the philips bit on the drill into my finger. We also picked up my fire ring from the welding shop Matt is having do some RC Car bumpers at. $165 for the ring. It is 42" wide and 18" tall. We also went to Walmart and bought lawn chairs and then to the paint store to get some BBQ paint. |
