Saturday 05-03-08

Today I helped dad take the trailer to the dump.  When we got back we started work on the East side of the roof, and then built the rafters in the valley and then put the roof on in it.  This took most of the day and then we put the face on the garage.

We had to get a couple more sheets of 5/8 and some more rim board and the window came as well.

I also tore down two bird nests that have been under construction as well. 

By the time we cleaned things up, went to Dairy Queen for dinner and got home it was about 8:30.

On Monday I'll tear off the boards on the facia that kept the osb from sliding of the roof while we put it where it went and then double check everything and have the inspector come on Tuesday.

The siding should be here on Tuesday.
