I put the 4 rows of tile back in.  20% down, 80% more to pull up and replace....

Pictures of the flow registers (holes are cut, no ducting is in yet.  I also replaced the fan motor in the fan in the attic above the living room.  The fake speaker rocks Amy bought, and the garage hanger thingies.
