Lets see, what went on today. I went to Stars Ferry to get my shingles. I went to the house to work and began putting in more conduit for network jacks in areas where the boxes were in but needed conduit run to it. I got that done and ran out of conduit, so went to Standard Plumbing to get some and the palet of shingles slid out of the truck so I had to load them back in the truck. I bought 15 sticks of 1" pvc and while there Randy pulled in and gave me my 100 amp sub panel. I went back and continued running some conduit. I also went to the Home Theater and worked on smurf pipe for the surround sound system. Matt got there in the afternoon after getting stuff done for his vacation this weekend. We braced the heaters on the main floor and I put some more sheetrock blocks in the living room hall. We also hung the vent in the kitchen when Larry Yarborough showed up to look at the house to sheetrock it. It will cost $200 more due to the extra boxes, and we will cut the openings for the cans. Matt went to work and Dad showed up, he started nailing romex up. I continued working in the home theater. Dad finished nailing and we hung the cans in the HT. I found that the room is 3 inches longer on one wall than the other wall. I also found that my sconces are in the wrong spot on the middle ones. Will fix both problems. We hung the ceiling fan boxes in the computer room and relocated the heater and switch box. We will relocate the thermostat tomorrow. Jeff's kids continued work on the plumbing and are nearly done. They have to find and fix a tiny leak in the pressurized water system. It isn't holding air pressure right now. |
