Friday 5-14-04

I left work at 2:00 and bought some truss nails at Franklin on the way home. 

They left the trusses a couple piles.  They also left the hangers and the spacers.

I started sorting out the small trusses on the top of the pile then Matt showed up.  We did some more sorting and then put three trusses on the front of the family room until we couldn't put any more on without a crane.  Dad then had to leave to Emily's graduation.

Matt and I started to sort out more of the trusses then Chuck came.  He helped for a couple hours and also went and got dinner at Shon Hing for us.

Matt measured where the trusses went on the top plates and then Matt and I worked on putting the small trusses in the vaulted area of my bedroom.

We also discovered they slightly messes up the vaulted trusses in my bedroom, as well as the trusses for the covered patio.

We quit at about 10:30pm.

The crane arrives tomorrow at 8:00am.
