I stopped at the bank to turn in my reimbursement on my building permit.

I got to the property at about 4:45, dad showed up a few minutes later, then Tom and Joe showed up.  We stripped the forms and had the foundation area nice and clean in about 2 hours. 

Mom brought dinner and then Matt showed up.  We laid out the outline for the stem walls before Matt had to go back to work.  We found some areas in the front and on the garage area that we messed up slightly on when we formed the footers, but it will still work fine.

Tom and Joe left about this time.  Dad and I then nailed the cleats down and then discovered that the ones we had from Grandpas shop were only 7 1/2 inch instead of 8" so we had to stop.  We need enough for the West wall and the face of the garage.
