Saturday 10-02-04

I got to the house and started sanding down the bathroom counter tops that we built last night.

A while later dad got to the house and we started building the counter top where the sink goes.  We got it built and then put the oak on the face.

We started working on the corner counter on the East side and got it built and half the oak face on then went to lunch.

After lunch we went to Franklin and got more stuff like contact cement, router bits for the counter tops and nails. 

We then went to Johns and looked at his sheet rock.  They are coming along pretty good.

After we got back to the house we finished the counter and started making the island.  We got the island finished and I started working on the work table for my office upstairs.  It is finished and will be about 12 feet long depending (I will trim it down later.)

We cut out the holes for the bathroom sinks and then dad and I started sanding everything down really good to make sure the counter tops were even with the oak trim.

After everything was sanded down and moved into the family room dad went home after cleaning the garage and I traced out the hole for the kitchen sink and cut it out.

Tomorrow there isn't church so I will go out and work on the closets and then we will put the Formica on.
