Wednesday 9-08-04

After school I got to the house and Jeff was there working in the utility room.  I went out and set the grade on the forms and smoothed out the gravel and got the tools out.

I borrowed Jeffs hammer drill and drilled holes into the garage, into the front door and the side garage door.

Dad went to Jones Construction and got the power screed.  He got back just a minute after the concrete truck showed up.  Jeff, Randy and Cade helped pour the driveway.

After the driveway was poured the tile showed up and Cade and I unloaded it while Matt and dad finished the concrete.  I then went and drilled holes in the foundation for the patio.  Matt took the drill and drilled his.

After dinner, we broomed the driveway, then went to drill some more holes in my pillars.  The drill wasn't working.  We tried to fix it, then took it back to Jeff to give him the bad news that his drill was broke....

After that, I came home.

Oh, the pictures of the trim at the bottom show yesterdays work.  I didn't work long since there was a fund raiser dinner for the boy scouts at the church.
