Monday 9-06-04

Today is Labor dad, so no work.  I slept in a bit and am getting a cold.  When I got to the house, Dad and Matt were setting stuff up so he could work on his second story (see his pictures on the main page at the bottom).

After we got him setup, Dad and I went to my house and got started.  Dad worked on patching nail holes and I worked on the base cove in the utility room.

After that, we started working on the cabinets in the kitchen.  We got the bases installed on the East wall.

I also put the closet stuff in the back bedroom.

We then went out and put 4 cuts in the driveway.  I put them every 8 feet and they are about an inch or so deep.  The blade cut it really easy and didn't even come close to wearing out the $45 blade.

After that we went back in and worked on molding in the dining room and the pantry.

I went home about 5:00 since I had a Social Studies test to write.
