Thursday 8-05-04

After that I went to Ace Hardware and bought some sponges then headed to the house.  I started vacuuming the tile and then going back over the joints to get any mortar out I missed yesterday.  Matt got there and we got to looking at the bag of grout and realized we didn't have enough to do the job so I called Cliff and had him get me two more bags

I then went to Twin and got some more lights from Grovers, then went to meet Chuck and we went to lunch.  After that, a trip to Home Depot to get the decorative things for the lights.  I bought two large ones and two small ones.  I also bought the tile that will go in the utility room.

By the time I made it back home, it was 3:00.  I unloaded the car and painted the light decorative things.  I put a large one in the entry way and then put up the chandelier.  I then moved into the master bedroom and put another large one up with the ceiling fan.  In the family room, a medium one under each fan.

Dad put the lights in the hall, along with the smoke detector.  He also put the light in the back bedroom closet, and put the outlets on the house outside.

We quit working at 9:15 after burning all the garbage for the day.
