Friday 7-09-04

The sheet rockers got quite a bit done yesterday, and pointed out some things that I needed to fix.  Namely that two of the sconces in the game room were spaced 6 inches in to far and looked bad.  In the home theater.  In the home theater two of the spotlights were also wrong.  I had to fix those as well.  I also cut the cans out in the rooms they worked in.  The brick guys got about a third of the way up on the East wall.  They started in the morning and got the scaffolding setup, got their saws setup and sand dumped in a pile along with everything else to get working.

Today, I got to the house and the brickers were showing up and started work.  They finished the East wall and got the soldier course finished on the front of the master bedroom.  The brick work looks very good.

Sheetrock was hung in the family room, dining room and kitchen, the hallway and the closet under the stairs.  I cut out the cans that were in the rooms they hung.

Matt got the two birds nests finished on the living room.

I fixed the two sconces in the game room and did a lot of running around to keep the sheet rockers going fixing problems and stuff.

Amy and Stephanie came over to look at the house, and we showed them Matts house inside.

Matt\Kelly\Lexy\Maci went to moms to take the trampoline apart and we put it back together at their house.
